What to expect.
What submitting means
Submitting only confirms that you reviewed the displayed hay and delivery price and want Trailblazer to contact you about moving forward. It does not charge you, reserve inventory, or create a confirmed order or appointment.
Pickup and delivery
Lovettsville pickup is by appointment. Delivery pricing is based on round-trip road mileage and the number of required loads.
No online payment
This website does not collect funds, card numbers, bank information, or Venmo credentials. Cash and Venmo are accepted. Pickup payment is due at pickup. Delivery payment is due when the delivery arrives, before unloading begins.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate access information and safe hauling, securement, and unloading equipment when required.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Trailblazer by replying to your order email as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed order or appointment.
